PRIVACY POLICY
Last updated: 27.10.25
This document explains how we, With Love Wedding Stationery, collect, use, and protect your personal information. Our goal is to make sure your details are handled safely, respectfully, and transparently at all times.
1. Information collected and how it’s used
– To complete your order and fulfil our contractual obligations to you, we will collect and store certain personal details such as your name, address, contact information, wedding date, and relevant event details.
– Personal information provided through enquiry forms or the website is used solely to process your order or respond to your enquiry. Where you have given clear and deliberate consent, either on the website or in person, your details may also be used to send updates, marketing emails, or service information from With Love Wedding Stationery.
– Enquiry information is used only to respond to and manage your communication with us. Again, marketing contact will only take place where you have given explicit consent.
– All personal data is stored securely and encrypted. It will never be shared with anyone outside of the trusted service providers required to fulfil your order or enquiry (as outlined below).
2. Sharing information with third parties
– To fulfil your order, we securely share limited data with a small number of third party providers who help deliver our services:
Jotform EU – used for form submissions. Data is securely stored and automatically deleted after 30 days.
WeTransfer – used for transferring print files. Files are automatically removed from their server after 3 days.
Ripe Digital Ltd – our trusted print partner. Files are stored securely until your order is complete, then deleted.
P4D, P2G, UPS, Royal Mail – delivery partners who receive only the details required to fulfil delivery (name, address, contact information).
– If you have opted in to marketing updates, your name and email will be securely stored by: Flodesk, our email marketing platform, used only for sending With Love Wedding Stationery updates. Your data is automatically deleted following your wedding date, unless you choose to stay subscribed.
– Please note that this policy does not cover the privacy practices of these third parties. However, I have obtained confirmation that all providers comply with GDPR and maintain appropriate data protection measures.
3. Data retention
– Personal data that is not required for legal or tax purposes will be deleted within six months of completing your order.
Certain information must be retained for 4 –7 years to comply with legal obligations such as tax, accounting, or potential legal claims.
Enquiry data showing a legitimate interest in our services may be retained for up to two years, after which it will be securely deleted.
4. Marketing, promotion and public relations
– Marketing emails and updates are only sent to those who have explicitly opted in, either via our website or in person (for example, at a wedding show). You may unsubscribe at any time, and your data will be deleted following your wedding date unless you request otherwise.
– If we wish to use photographs of your stationery for marketing (such as on the website, social media, or in printed materials), we will always seek your permission first. Any imagery or information used will be limited to what’s necessary for our own promotional purposes and will never be shared with other businesses.
– If we obtain personal information from third party sources, it will only ever be used to promote our own services, and never sold on.
5. Your rights
– If you live in the UK or another area covered by data protection law, you have the following rights regarding your personal information:
– You may request access to, or a copy of, the information we hold about you at any time.
– You have the right to ask for corrections, restrict how your information is used, or request its deletion. Unless there is a legal reason we must keep it (such as tax records), we will delete your data upon request.
– You can object to how we process your information where it relies on our legitimate business interests.
6. GDPR declaration of responsibility
– For purposes of UK and EU data protection law, I, Nicky Espinasse, trading as With Love Wedding Stationery, am the data controller of your personal information.
If you have any questions or concerns about how your data is handled, please contact me directly at:
