How to order your wedding stationery

The order process
Step 1
Decide on the items you need, and the design you want.
Fill in the order form.
Step 2
We reply within 1 working day with a confirmation email. We require a 30% non returnable retainer at this point. We then request your wording and discuss any customisation.
Step 3
When we have this information from you, we provide a digital proof within 3 working days. You check this proof (you are able to review this 3 times without charge).
Step 4
When you are happy with the proof, we ask you to approve and pay the 70% balance invoice. When all is ‘signed off’ and paid up – off it goes to the printers.
How long does it take?
An average order takes 3 – 4 weeks from order to delivery (this is based on prompt proof return and payments etc).
Officially though, please allow 20 working days from final sign off to delivery.
